These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site. You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with them.
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click on the Complete Order button.
After you complete an order we will send you an Invoice by e-mail giving the details of the Order.
For Orders outside the UK (i.e. the shipping address is outside the UK), you will receive an Order Receipt (confirmation) only and not an Invoice. We will then send you a 'Send Payment' link to include the calculated shipping costs. On receipt of 'Send Payment' link you will be able to complete the Order. Upon payment, an invoice is e-mailed to the International Customer.
For UK orders the shipping costs are automatically calculated. When you click on the 'Complete Order' button you will be redirected to the payment pages at WorldPay. Upon a successful payment transaction, an invoice is e-mailed to you.
Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when we send you the Invoice. We will use the telephone number you have given us in order to contact you to arrange delivery details. We will notify you which delivery method we will use when we contact you.
When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use information that is presented to us in our normal order processing procedures, to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.
All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative or suggest that you visit our retail store.
KF Electronics has made every effort to set all the product information on this site including images and specifications. However, these are derived from third party i.e. manufacturers, brochures, Internet etc for description and illustrations only. KF Electronics is not responsible for these images or specifications. Further information can be found on respective manufacturer's websites.
All products are subject to availability and can change prior to delivery without notice. If this is the case, you will be notified by phone or email.
We try hard to be competitive with our prices but should product be listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.
We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, The goods can only be shipped to the billing address of the card holder.
The manufacturer guarantees all purchases for a period of 12 months, unless stated otherwise, from the date of invoice. The guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, negligence or misuse. In addition, routine maintenance (cleaning of dirty audio/video heads etc), consumables, plug fuses, cables, batteries etc, cosmetic damage and tuning of channels is not covered.
It is the customer's responsibility to sign for all packages as shown on the delivery note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note before the driver leaves. It will be the customer's responsibility to notify KF Electronics of any shortages within 7 days of delivery.
Any in-correct goods received must be notified to KF Electronics within 3 days.
KF Electronics will not accept liability of goods lost in transit unless notified within 5 days from the expected delivery date.
If goods are received damaged you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and inform us immediately so that we can take up the matter with the carrier. If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit card.
You have a right to cancel your order in part or full within 7 working days if you change your mind. Please notify us via email at
info@kf-electronics.co.uk. All goods must be returned unused, complete and in the original packaging and condition they were supplied in together with any accessories or free gifts provided with the product.
All video tapes, CD's and minidisks etc must be sealed. All goods must be returned with the original proof of purchase. All non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking charge. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in a condition unfit for resale will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to you.
All non-defective returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The product must be returned with all of its original packaging and accessories. There will be an additional charge for any missing items.
KF Electronics will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that KF Electronics is prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods for any reason or cause beyond its control.

Our Refund Policy depends on whether you are based in UK (that is the delivery address is in UK) or outside UK.
If you are ordering from UK and you are a consumer (that is individual buying for yourself rather than for business) you have a right to cancel within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you cancel the order within the time limit you will have your payment refunded to your card you used for payment. to us. If the goods have been despatched to you we will make the refund only after receiving the goods back. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return.
If you are ordering from outside UK our refund policy is limited only up to the point where the goods are not dispatched. We do not accept Returns once the goods have been dispatched.
